PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system with which communication is properly performed mutually between units regardless of surrounding conditions, especially, any temperature to use the units. SOLUTION: This system is used for transferring data between a first unit U1 and a second unit U2. These respective units are provided with high frequency transceivers 12 and 19 to be operated by at least one common high frequency carrier wave for carrying data to be sent to the other unit. Further, the respective units are provided with time reference means 1 and 20 for leading out the carrier wave. The time reference means 1 and 20 have almost the equal frequency drift at least.
