PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the joint part between the bonding region and the connecting region of a flexible board against cracking by making cuts having curved surface on the opposite sides of the joint part. SOLUTION: A flexible board 3 has a connecting region 3b formed on the inner circumferential side of a ring-like bonding region 3a. Substantially arcuate cuts 13 are made on the opposite sides of the joint part between the bonding region 3a and the connecting region 3b such that an acute part is not formed. Consequently, stress is prevented from concentrating on the opposite sides of the joint part when the connecting region 3b is used while being bent. According to the structure, trouble due to mechanical vibration is decreased, damage on the pattern of the flexible board is lessened and the joint part between the bonding region and the connecting region of the flexible board is protected against cracking resulting in further enhancement of reliability. |
