PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method and a heating system for a shaft fitting object capable of simply shrinkage-fitting the shaft fitting object to a shaft with a simple and inexpensive facility. SOLUTION: This heating system 2 is provided which is constituted of a heat conductor 3 formed into a cylindrical shape with the outer diameter size smaller than the hole diameter of a bearing 1 which is a shaft fitting object, a pedestal 4 fitted and fixed with the lower end of the heat conductor 3, made of a heat insulating material, and having a space in it, a power cord 5 having a power plug at the tip, and a heating element 6 inserted into the bored portion in the heat conductor 3 and heated by itself. The bearing 1 is inserted from the upper end of the heat conductor 3 and received by the pedestal 4, the bearing 1 is heated and expanded by the conduction and radiation heat by the heating system 2, then the bearing 1 is inserted to a shaft.
