PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of unevenness in temperature of a stage chamber to the utmost and to ensure sufficient cooling and heating capacity, in a storage housing using a thermo-module formed of a thermoelectric element. SOLUTION: This storage cabinet comprises a heat insulation casing 2 to partition a storage chamber (a display chamber) 3 to store a substance to be cooled; a heat-exchange chamber 12 or 43 partitioned by a heat-insulation material 5 to cool or heat the storage chamber (the display chamber) 3 of the heat- insulation casing 2; a thermomodule 8 arranged in the heat-exchange chamber 12 and formed of a thermoelectric element; an internal radiator positioned on the heat-exchange chamber 12 side of the thermomodule 8; and a blower (a crossflow fan 19 and an indoor circulation fan) to supply cold air or hot air, generated by an internal radiator, to the storage chamber (the display chamber) 3 and effecting short-circle of a part of cold air or hot air to the thermomodule unit 8.
