Incontinence pants of a waterproof material include a gathered waist opening comprising elastic encased in an air-cell material. The air-cell material extends down about 10cm from the top edge of the pants where it is joined to the waterproof material comprising the body of the pants. Gathered leg openings are bound with a soft material.
