PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and automatically prepare an album composited of film images by utilizing additional information for the film images recorded in a film. SOLUTION: On the front cover of the album, the title of the entire frames in the additional information (IX information) for photos is read and printed at a position 101 and a first photographing date and a last photographing date are printed at the position 102. Then, from the next page, clip arts corresponding to the time information of the read IX information for the respective photos are synthesized at the positions 105c, 106c and 107c around the photos synthesized at the positions 105a, 106a and 107a by the read IX information, the clip arts corresponding to title information for the respective frames of the IX information are composed at the positions 105d, 106d and 107d and they are printed and outputted.
