PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice message automatic transmission device as a new and simple device which can quickly and surely transmit a message by a telephone to many people. SOLUTION: A voice message is automatically transmitted to plural partners registered in advance by way of a telephone line. On a transmission screen, in an area 901, the voice message to be transmitted is selected out of the voice messages recorded prior to transmission. Next, in an area 903, another party group to which the message is transmitted is selected. After that, according to a transmission instruction, the transmitted party is automatically called in succession and the voice message is reproduced and transmitted. The voice message includes an instruction to perform a specified push button input when the receiver confirms the message. A tone signal corresponding to this push button input is decoded and a 'completion' mark is recorded with regard to the transmission of this voice message to the other party concerned.
