PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light, high-performance heat radiator suited to mass production and used adequately for cooling a high-capacity LSI. SOLUTION: A plurality of thin plates 20 are arranged at given intervals and fixed on a bottom plate 10. Each thin plate 20 has a plurality of projected parts 24 extruded from the face of the thin plate 20. Then, the thin plates 20 are positioned with the projected parts 24 as spacers.
