PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device for judging whether or not a detected target is a false image generated by the side robe of an antenna reception beam. SOLUTION: A phase difference comparing means 14 compares a first phase difference calculated by substituting an actual target angle calculated by an angle calculating means 11 into a phase difference theoretical formula by a first phase difference calculating means 12, with a second phase difference directly calculated from an actual reception signal by a second phase difference calculating means 13. Thus, it is possible to judge whether or not a target is present at the side robe angular position of the reception beam of a receiving antenna from a difference between the two phase differences, and it is possible to exactly judge the false image of the target generated by the side robe of the antenna reception beam without decreasing the side robe level of the antenna.
|
