PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive connector waterproofing structure having sufficient waterproofing performance. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with an wiring component 21 controlling equipment, soft material members 22, 23 covering the wiring component 21, a first connector 20 mounted to the wiring component 21 and having an electrode 19, a second connector 40 electrically connected with the first connector 20, and a connector cover 38 elastically accepting the insertion of the second connector 40 and covering the first connector 20.
