PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine instrument which flexibly complies with an object which is to be measured and install condition, while manufacturing cost is low. SOLUTION: The instrument comprises a cylindrical vessel body 3 which houses a measurement sensor 3 for measuring such signal as acoustics and a cylindrical jacket member 4 which covers the entire outside surface of the vessel body 3, with the surface of the jacket member 4 coated with a rubber or resin material. The jacket member 4 is appropriately changed according to the object and install condition.
