PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image with low surface resistivity, excellent static durability, and no irregular development in rapid processing by incorporating a specified compd. and a fluorine surfactant into at least one layer of structural layers. SOLUTION: At least one layer of the structure layers contains a compd. expressed by the formula and a fluorine surfactant. In the formula, R1 is a 1-30C substd. or unsubstd. alkyl group or alkenyl group, m1, n1 are same or different and are each 1 to 50 and preferably m1+n1 is 5 to 40, the number of carbon atoms in R1 is preferably 8 to 18, each of m2 and n2 is 0 to 50, both of m2 and n2 are preferably 0 to 40, and more preferably, both of m2 and n2 are 0. The layer to which the compd. is to be added is preferably a distant layer from the supporting body, and the adding amt. is preferably 1 to 1000 mg/m2. The fluorine surfactant is preferably a water-soluble one, and for example, a surfactant having >=0.1 g/l solubility in water at 25 deg.C is used.
