PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a moving body control for a long time by interposing a valve between first and second chambers, opening the valve introducing combustion gas into the first chamber to ignite solid propellant in the second chamber, and injecting generated combustion gas from a nozzle. SOLUTION: A chamber 2 for charging a solid propellant 07 is divided into a diverting chamber 3 as a second chamber and an attitude control chamber 4 as a first chamber, the first chamber is coupled to the second chamber via a coupling tube 6 having a valve 5 mounted therebetween to constitute a solid propellant side thruster. The valve 5 is opened to introduce combustion gas 6 generated by burning the propellant 07 in the chamber 4, and the propellant 07 is burned. The combustion gas here is distributed via a diverting thruster valve 09, supplied to one of diverting thruster nozzles 08, and injected, thereby diverting (control its orbit) of the airframe.
