PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a congestion and an accident while enabling a very high traffic density to be executed and to provide a traffic information system. SOLUTION: Vehicle data, especially, such as speed, a lighting state, ABS tripping, the rotation angle of a steering wheel and a position which is detected by a sensor is transmitted as information and visualized among vehicles (1a-1h and 2a-2e). Information is transmitted by using a central network and transmitted data is overlaid on the windshields of the vehicles (1a-1h and 2a-2e).
