PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a photoreceptor surface of an image forming body in a drum shape to rotate and operate while maintaining a specific interval between it and an optical system of an image exposing means included in the drum. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so as to assemble a photoreceptor drum 10 in one body with respect to a supporting member 20 by highly accurately molding and working the photoreceptor drum 10 and a supporting member 20 respectively excellent in roundness without eccentricity with regard to respective shaft center, to inject an adhesive of an ultraviolet curing type by providing gaps C1 and C2 for adjusting the eccentricity on the outer periphery on a flange member 10A and on the inner peripheral surface of a flange member 120B for hooking the photoreceptor drum 10 and the supporting member 20 and to irradiate it with ultraviolet rays after adjusting the eccentricity of the photoreceptor drum 10.
