A graphics laminate 10 is then bonded to the moisture barrier. The laminate consists of printed material on a substrate such as vinyl film 12, and a protective over laminate 20. A clear protective layer is then applied to at least seal the edges of the graphics laminate. The surface may be a road or a path, and the moisture barrier may be a polyurethane and/or epoxy product.
