PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate heat caused by circuit current of an electric circuit to the outside from a plug box by installing an insulating rib having an inner space communicating with each outside between bus bar housing parts of the plug box, and ensuring sufficient insulation between the bus bars housed in the bus bar housing parts. SOLUTION: A bus bar 25 has electric circuit connecting terminals 25a, 25c connected to a circuit terminal for connecting short circuit terminals through an open end of the electric circuit and a connecting part 25b. An insulating rib 42 having height H is installed between surfaces 41a coming in contact with the electric circuit connecting terminal 25c in the bus bar 25 housed in a bus bar housing part 41 in a box main body 23 of a plug box. The insulating rib 42 has an inner space 43 communicating with the outside of the box main body 23, and by fitting a short circuit terminal to or removing it from a circuit terminal, two sets of electric circuit connecting terminals 25a are connected or shut off. Thereby, insulation is ensured, and heat caused by current in connection is radiated to the outside.
