FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology; applicable in treatment of avulsion fractures of kneepan and injuries to its ligament. SUBSTANCE: used for tie is thread from synthetic fibers. Thread is secured under tendon at upper edge of kneepan and passed downwards over its front surface, then conducted through arched canal in tibia tuberosity; tie is tightened and thread ends are tied after bringing down of kneepan 5-10 mm below its usual level.
