PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the destruction of the air blanket of a lower case by an air curtain by warm and wet cold air of an upper case and to prevent the generation of dew condensation on the lower outer plate of the upper case even without a dew prevention heater by interrupting an overflow from the upper case and changing a wind direction. SOLUTION: An intermediate blow-off port 20 is provided on the tip of an intermediate panel 6 between the upper case 3 and the lower case 4 and an outdoor air suction port 21 for fetching outdoor air is provided on a back surface panel 5 right under the root of the intermediate panel 6. Also, the outdoor air is induced by providing a fan 23 in a duct chamber 22 and is made to pass through an outdoor air flow duct 24 along the lower part of the intermediate panel 6, the outdoor air is blown off forward from the intermediate blow-off port 20 and the overflow cold air of the upper case 3 is interrupted.
