PURPOSE: Plasma display panel is provided to improve color purity and luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In the plasma display panel, a color filter layer consist of red, green, and blue is formed on inner side wall of front substrate opposite to rear substrate, a luminous cell to corresponding a color respectively, and white luminous fluorescent layer formed silica aerogel layer having wide surface area on the color filter layer. As a result, brightness and luminous efficiency of plasma display panel are improved. Also, the process time and the cost are reduced.
