PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low calorie glutinous rice wine for seasoning-like condiment having a low calorie and a cooking aptitude for a human, etc., requiring a calorie control such as obesity or a diabetes patient by preparing sweet sugars such as sugar alcohols, a flavor solution obtained by fermentation or an acidulant as a raw material. SOLUTION: This condiment is obtained by preparing preferably 20-70 wt.% of a sugar alcohol such as xylitol and/or sweet sugars such as a fruit sugar, preferably 10-60 wt.% of a flavor solution obtained by fermentation and preferably 0.05-3.0 wt.% of an acidulant such as citric acid. Preferably, a gustatory component such as an amino acid-based condiment is used as the glutinous rice wine for seasoning-like condiment. |
