PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the curve with a bad line form simply and automatically by chart outputting a real cant and cant shortage amount as the data of a curve line form control and setting a standard line to the wave form with a mad level automatically. SOLUTION: The data of a mad pass and mad level is extracted from a high speed track inspection car. Then, a balance cant Cm is found out by making the maximum speed of an allowable train to a standard, in the curve part which is a inspection subject. After finding out the balance cant Cm, the standard line with a mad level is set and shifted to a process for finding out a real cant C. In order to find out the real cant C, at first the mad level after correction is found out by subtracting a set standard line from the data of the mad level. Then, the secondary moving average of this corrected mad level is found out and the obtained wave form is made to the real cant C. The cant shortage amount Cd is calculated by subtracting the real cant C value from the balance cant Cm. They are printed out as a curve line form control chart after arranging.
