FLAT BEARING SHELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A flat bearing shell is provided to guarantee an even layer thickness for then area around the whole bearing shell by using a simple method. CONSTITUTION: A flat bearing shell containing a base metal and a metal perturbative layer is formed by:an electric beam evaporation for coating; and a fine dispersing ingredient(7) containing a larger atomic weight than an atomic weight of a latticed material. The density of the fine dispersing ingredient reduces continually from the flat bearing shell to a separating surface unit(9).
