PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a smokeless mugwort coal is provided to minimize the smoke generated while burning a mugwort leaf and a mugwort stem and to easily generate and form a remote infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A mugwort coal is manufactured by:98 wt% of a mugwort powder made by pounding after parching a mugwort leaf and a mugwort stem until a certain point of not smoking; 1-2 wt% of a starch and a salt; soaking out a yellow soil in a water; kneading the composition by using the yellow soil water; and shaping into a certain shape for drying.
