PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vibro-isolating device which reduces the weight of a tire and fuel consumption without an adverse effect on its road noise, by equiping the device with a slat mount having a ratio of dynamic spring const. to static spring const., or a dynamic magnification, of a specific value or less. SOLUTION: A slat mount having a dynamic magnification of 1.74 or less is equipped. Or a slat mount having a dynamic magnification of 2.12 or less is equipped. The vibro-isolating rubber compsn. for use in this slat mount pref. has a vulcanized rubber having a rubber component comprising pref. 10-80 wt.% of a butadiene rubber contg. 97% or more of cis content, the rubber being polymerized using a neodymium catalyst, and 90-20 wt.% of one or more rubbers selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber, a synthetic isoprene rubber and a styrene-butadiene copolymeric rubber. It is desirable to further include, in the compsn., a carbon black having on N2 adsorption specific surface area of 40 m2/g or less, and a DBP oil adsorption amt. of 80 ml/100 g or more, as well a compd. having formula I. In the formula, R is a group having formula II, and n is 2-12.
