PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle having a handle in which the handle itself can be finished thin and light, a holding touch is superior and the handle is hardly removed from the bottle. SOLUTION: A side surface of a bottle main body 1 is formed with a handle fixing indentation 2. A separate handle 3 comprised of a holding section 31 and its upper and lower fixing arms 32, 33 is fixed to the handle fixing indentation 2. An inner plate 34 and an outer plate 35 are connected by a central rib 36 from the holding section 31 of the handle 3 to the upper and lower fixing arms 32, 33 to form a structure having an H-shaped cross section. The inner plate 34 and the outer plate 35 are connected within the fixing arm 33 below the holding section 31 to form a reinforcing rib X extending in a width direction.
