HIGH IMPEDANCE LOAD CIRCUIT HAVING LEVEL SHIFTER

PURPOSE: A high impedance load circuit is provided to reduce an output swing loss without additional bias circuits by using a level shifter. CONSTITUTION: The load circuit comprises: a first MOS transistor(M1) being a drain connected to a first power supply; a level shifter(20) connected to a source of the first MOS transistor(M1); a second MOS transistor(M2) being a channel connected to the level shifter(20); a constant-current source(Iref) connected between the second MOS transistor(M2) and a second power supply; a third MOS transistor(M3) being a drain connected to the first power supply and a gate connected to the source of the first MOS transistor(M1); and a fourth MOS transistor(M4) being a channel formed between the source of the third MOS transistor(M3) and an output node(Iout), and a gate connected to the level shifter(20).
