<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machine capable of realizing the stabilized operation while restricting the generation of vibration, noise and power oscillation by preventing the fatigue failure of fins for restricting the turning flow. SOLUTION: A suction tube 10 for discharging water from a runner has a cylindrical tubular wall 8, and inside of the tubular wall 8 is provided with plural triangle columnar fin parts 9 by bending the tubular wall 8 itself. Each fin part 9 provided inside of the tubular wall 8 has a side surface part 9a having a V-shaped cross section and extended along the axial direction of the suction tube 10 and a pair of cover plates fitted to an upper end and a flower end of the side surface part 9a. Since the fin part 9 is manufactured by bending the tubular wall 8 of the plate material with pressing, plate thickness of the tubular wall 8 and the fin part 9 of the suction tube 10 is evened, and concentration of the stress to a shape suddenly changed part (a root part of the side surface part 9a in the fin part 9) is prevented, and breakdown and loose-out of the fin part 9 due to the fatigue failure can be effectively prevented.</p> |
