PURPOSE: The semiconductor integrated circuit is capable of rapid operating as reduce data charge time of a data bus is sampled a data by a strobe signal in a single pulse data bus for executing free charge operation. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a reset circuit 1 and a plurality of driver circuit 4-1 ¯ 4-n. The reset circuit 1 execute free charge operation of a data bus when a data is transmitted to the data bus is sampled by a strobe signal showed an effective cycle of the data. The reset circuit 1 start the execution of the free charge operation after had received complete timing of the strobe signal. The plurality of driver circuit 4-1 ¯ 4-n is connected the data bus.
