PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject manicure composition that permits a gelling agent and an aqueous emulsion polymer to be dispersed without foam occlusion and shows excellent cosmetic duration and coating layer performance with apparent stability and usability largely increased by dispersing a preliminarily mixed solution by means of a specific dispersing device. SOLUTION: A preliminarily mixed solution containing (A) a clay mineral gelling agent, for example, bentonite or the like and (B) an aqueous polymer emulsion is introduced into the duct in the chamber under pressure, allowed to collide to the flat face in the high-pressure duct of to collide the mixture to each other in the duct with a dispersing device thereby being dispersed. In a preferred embodiment, for example, a monomer such as acrylic acid is polymerized soap-freely by using a reactive emulsifier and the polymer is used as the component B.
