(SUSPEND) (RESUME) SUSPEND-RESUME SIGNAL GENERATING CIRCUIT OF FLASH MEMORY

摘要

PURPOSE: The circuit is to stop erasing operation when suspend signal is input during the erasing operation and to be anytime ready to receive resume signal when the resume signal is input during return time changed into suspend reading state. CONSTITUTION: The circuit completes suspend operation by storing resume signal to a store part(40) regardless of a latch part(90) when resume signal is input under the state that suspend signal is input, and goes to suspend read state. Then, by using suspend reset signal(SUS-RESET) as clock, the resume signal stored in the store part is received in the latch part. Thus, it is possible to receive the input resume signal anytime while being returned by suspend signal.
