SOLUTION: This plant culturing device has a construction of being divided into small blocks and capable of isolating a plant supporting member from the earth, and comprises a culturing bed consisting of the culturing 6 installed with a water discharging port 9 and a plant supporting material 10, a water sprinkling device installed with a compressed water source 7, an electromagnetic valve 1, a timer 3, a water sensor 5, a water flow controller 4, a dripping water sprinkling pipe 8, a cock 11 and a water discharging cock 12, a liquid fertilizer mixing machine 2 consisting of a plunger 2A, a valve 2B, an expanding and contracting pole 2C, the compressed water source 7 and an electromagnetic valve 1, or an electric powered pump 13 actuating at the same time with the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve 1, and a method for culturing the same.
