PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic instrument enabling natural manual operations on the imaging system of a fluoroscopic table. SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 1 is provided at each end of the control grip (power assist lever 2) of the imaging system of a fluoroscopic table and its pressure signals are inputted to an A/D converter 5. A potentiometer 3 for detecting the current position is provided in the imaging system to input the position information to the A/D converter 5. The signals are converted into digital values for input to a CPU 6, which in turn computes a speed command conversion formula using simulation method to transmit the next instantaneous speed to a motor control circuit (motor driver 7) as a speed command. Since the motor 4 of the imaging system (movable part) is controlled by the speed command, an operator can control the imaging system while holding the grip and moving in a natural way.
