SOLUTION: This method for raising seedlings is provided by collecting seedlings by separating from a mother body for raising many seedlings, raising the collected seedlings in a state of being inserted into a floor material filled in each of the many pots 2a being equipped with a seedling raising frame 1a and in a state of being separated in each of the pots, down in the vicinity of the lower end thereof, and transplanting each seedling grown in such a way in the pot to a field.
