PURPOSE: A reference beam incidence angle adjusting apparatus is provided to improve the record density of a storage medium by being incidence beams splitted into different angle on the storage medium. CONSTITUTION: The reference beam incidence angle adjusting apparatus comprises: a beam reflection device(110) which reflects reference beam so as to be incidence on a storage medium with different angles, wherein the reference beam is splitted by a laser(1) and is incident on the storage medium; and a driving part(120) which rotates the beam reflection device(110) through which the reference beam is passed.
