MOLD SYSTEM USING FILM HEATER AND SENSOR

PURPOSE: A device and a method are provided to efficiently regulate heat and a flow of the melting resin inside a melting channel of a high temperature-runner nozzle and a cast manifold. CONSTITUTION: The device used with an injection-molding machine is installed with: a sharing plate; a core plate placed on the sharing plate for forming a sharing space with the sharing plate; a manifold(64) formed with an entrance passage inside; a high temperature-runner nozzle(66) for orientating the flow of the melting resin to the sharing space; a cast gate(216) for regulating the flow of the melting resin to the sharing space; an active or a passive thin film device placed along with the melting channel which is not flat.
