SOURCE CIRCUIT OF A THIN FILM ACTUATED MIRROR ARRAY

PURPOSE: A source circuit of a thin film actuated mirrors array is provided to realize a high resolution of the thin film actuated mirror array by applying directly a driving signal each of M number of a source line. CONSTITUTION: The source circuit of the thin film actuated mirrors array having a M number of a source line and a N number of a gate line and for supplying a driving signal to the M number of the source line, comprising a shift register (410) having a M bit of capacitance and for shifting in a direction of left and right each of 1 bit of a start pulse applied from the external; a level shifter (420) comprised of the M number of level shifter for amplifying a signal level of the start pulse shifting each of one bit by the level shifter in a predetermined level; a sample and hold portion (430) comprised of M number of the sample and hold, for dividing an image signal applied from the external into M number while the start pulse is applied, in which the signal level at the each of M number are changed, and for maintaining a value corresponding to the image signal divided to N number of the image signal during a predetermined time; a recover portion (440) for applying a recover signal regarding to image signal divided to N number at initial time; a buffer portions (450) comprised of the M number of buffer for storing the N number of sampled image signal sampled at the M number of the sample and hold and the recover signal corresponding to the N number of sampled image signal respectively at initial time and providing to the recover signal and the image signal to the source line corresponding to the M number of sample and hold respectively when completed a storage.
