PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic and diagnostic catheter for medicine injection. SOLUTION: This manipulatable catheter comprises a catheter body 12, a deflection control handle part 16, a needle control handle part 17 and means for deflecting a front end portion by manipulation of the front end portion and the deflection control handle part. A movable injection needle extends from the needle control handle part 17 into the front end portion via the catheter body 12. The injection needle is extended from the catheter front end portion 14 by the manipulation of the catheter control handle part. The catheter further has a front end electrode mounted at the front end of the front end portion 14. An electrode lead wire is electrically connected to the front end electrode. The lead wire extends into the deflection control handle part 16 from the inside hole part of the front end portion via the inside hole part of the catheter body. The injection catheter further has an electromagnetic mapping sensor. The sensor is arranged at the front end of the catheter and provides the position information of the front end. |
