PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a change of a surface state of a molding, release of a coating film, a deterioration of a resin or the like and to prevent adherence of a contaminant by incorporating a stain-resistant agent in a gel coating layer and giving stain-resistant properties. SOLUTION: A thermosetting polymerization unsaturated ester resin composition (composition) containing a thermosetting polymerization unsaturated ester, a stain-resistant agent and a crosslinker is manufactured. Here, as the agent, a silicone resin, a fluororesin or the like is used. Then, a mold to become a product surface previously coated with a mold release agent is coated with the composition, and cured to form a gel coating layer. The molds are mated and clamped. The resin composition containing a filler, a ultraviolet absorbent and the like manufactured separately is pumped and injected in the cavity formed of this matching male and female molds, and molded. Thus, a change of a surface state of the molding, release of a coating film, a deterioration of the resin or the like can be prevented, and the molding in which stain- resistant properties are given can be manufactured. |
