PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intercept the dazzling sunlight of a morning/evening low position untreatable by an existing sun visor by installing a sun visor of a synthetic fiber plate in an automobile. SOLUTION: Laterally long belt holes 2 are opened in the central upper/lower parts of a rectangular synthetic fiber plate 1 so that a belt 7 composed of a rubber texture 3, a chemical fiber texture 4, a Velcro tape (a registered trademark) 5 and a buckle 6 is inserted into those to be installed in an existing sun visor in an automobile to be vertically/laterally moved to thereby intercept the dazzling sunlight coming from a low angle.
