BEAD INDUCTOR AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for making a bead inductor has a superior productivity, and a superior connection reliability between an internal conductor and an external terminal. CONSTITUTION: A method for making a bead inductor which is displaced to an internal conductor(12) and both sides of the internal conductor, and electrically integrates external terminals(13,14) as one body(11). The integrated one body is displaced in a molding. The method molds a resin having a magnetic powder and at least one rubber in order to bury the internal conductor in the molding. Thereby, a connection reliability between the internal conductor and the external terminals, the internal conductor length can be lengthened, and an inductance is easily regulated.
