LOW VOLTAGE DETECTOR FOR A FLASH MEMORY

PURPOSE: A low voltage detector is provided, which decreases a delay time of a low voltage detector and a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A low voltage detector comprises: a first voltage divider (10) for dividing a power supply voltage (VCC) to generate a reference voltage; a buffering unit (30) for the output of the first voltage divider (10) according to decrease of the power supply voltage (VCC); a second voltage divider (20) to switched according to the reference voltage of the first voltage divider (10) to divide the power supply voltage (VCC) and generating a comparing voltage; a sensing unit (40) for sensing a voltage difference according to a divided voltage of the first voltage divider (10) and the second voltage divider (20); and an output unit (50) for outputting the sensed value of the sensing unit (40). Therefore, the low voltage detector can to be quickly operated according to a detailed change of a detecting level voltage.
