PURPOSE: The semiconductor device is to enhance the operating speed of a driver without preventing drivers from colliding with each other, in which a feedback circuit for controlling the connection between a load and a voltage supply may not operate automatically after the load operates sufficiently. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor device comprises a driver(100) connected to a front end of a load(200) to drive the load, a sensor(300) for sensing operation of the load by polarity change of the load, a controller(400) connected to an output of the sensor and generating different control signals according to the polarity of the load, and a voltage supply(500) for supplying different voltages according to feedback signal of the control signal.
