PURPOSE: The forming method of a tension wrapped unit by wrapping plastic outer wrapping material at the array rim of a pack of the flexible product for enabling compressing in a tension state is provided. CONSTITUTION: A pusher clamp(13) is arranged adjacent to the side panel(18,19) of an array and the rear panel(17). The array(11) is put aside toward plastic outer wrapping material(20). The plastic outer wrapping material(20) includes two sheets of film sealed in the center where the width size is extended through the horizontal range of the array(11). The array(11) is settled on the base plate(22), maintained at a definite position. The pusher clamp(13) is contracted, a guide roller(24) is secured so the plastic outer wrapping material(20) as to be arranged adjacent to the rear panel(17).
