PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning sheet for causing no clogging even in the case of adhering a refuse or the like by incorporating a light weight, good cushionability and good drainage and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: In the cushioning sheet 5 of the structure in which one side of a foundation cloth is covered in a strip-like state with elastic plastics 2, a water permeable cushioning sheet is provided to have grooves 3 provided between the plastics 2. In the sheet 5 obtained by covering one side of a rough mesh cloth in a strip-like state with the plastics 2, a water permeable cushioning sheet is provided to have strip-like grooves 3 made of a mesh cloth having an air gap part. The method for manufacturing the sheet 5 comprises the steps of dropping liquid-like plastic on one side of the foundation cloth feeding in a predetermined direction in the case of covering the cloth with the elastic plastics 2, passing a knife having cutouts at a predetermined interval at a lower end of a discharging part at this time, thereby coating the cloth with the strip- like liquid-like plastic, and passing is through a heating furnace to foam and cure the plastic. |
