PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective noise attenuation in a magnetic resonance instrument. SOLUTION: In a magnetic resonance instrument having an inclined tube an which at least one inclined coil allowing a current to pass therethrough during actuation is placed and in which a number of elements for generating forces working on the inclined tube as necessary are arranged, in which case the positions of the elements are related to at least one of the characteristic vibration waveforms of the inclined coil while a vibrational mode for each case is selected to enable excitation during actuation of the elements, elements HP, EP serving to excite X- and/or Y-characteristic vibration waveforms are distributed at the center with respect to the length of the inclined coil 1 and around the inclined tube and/or elements serving to excite Z characteristic vibration waveforms are arranged to be distributed along the length and the periphery of the inclined coil.
