PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing anion polymer and acrylic ternary polymer in beauty aqueous medium is provided to process keratin material like skin and hair and diffuse well to skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for processing keratin material consisted of a) 20 to 70 weight% of carboxylic acid containing alpha, beta- monoethylene type unsaturated group, b) 20 to 80 weight% of non-surfactant monomer containing monoethylene type unsaturated group unlike said a), b) 0.5 to 60 weight% of nonionic urethane monomer as reaction product of monoisocyanate containing monohydric nonionic surfactant and monoethylene type unsaturated group and anion polymer in aqueous beauty solvent.
