PURPOSE: A laser cathode-ray device is provided to reduce costs because a laser screen is effectively cooled in extreme low temperature. CONSTITUTION: The laser cathode-ray device comprises: a laser cathode-ray tube(1) which a screen(2) is attached to; a cooling device(3) connected to the cathode-ray tube in the side of the screen; insulation films(10b,11b) applied on outer surface of a metal part which a CRT casing and a cooling device casing are coupled to; and branch tubes(10,11) connected to the cooling device casing to delivering coolant to the cooling device and which the insulation film is applied on the metal part of.
