PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint structure of a high strength bolt with a special structure in which the projection at the tip of the bolt is made short and a fixedly jointed state can be obtained without getting loose of the bolt and it can be fixed even in an position accesible from only one side and corotation of the bolt and nut can be effectively prevented on tightening them and further, mutual members can be appropriately and firmly jointed with high reliability in the strength. SOLUTION: A plugnut 4 having a screw part at the external periphery is provided with a flange part 4d projecting outwardly in the radial direction at the basal end. The plugnut is restrained from being screwed inside deeper than a specified depth by bringing the flange 4d into contact with the peripheral part of a screw hole 5 of a square steel pipe 1.
