PURPOSE: The certification apparatus, certification method, certification system, and memory medium is provided to improve the system for replaying a moving image composed by collective of a object. CONSTITUTION: The certification apparatus comprises: a receiving member, a replaying member, an input member, a comparison member, and a transmission member. In the certification apparatus, the receiving member receives a moving image data with a use permission information from an external information treatment apparatus. The replaying member replays a part of the moving image data received by the receiving member. The input member input a text/symbol. The comparison member compare the use permission information in the moving image data received by the receiving member with the text/symbol inputted by the input member. The transmission member transmit an order signal to the external information treatment apparatus. |
